These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Recenvu platform ("we", "us", or "our"). Almond Labs operates the Recenvu platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Use of Service

• You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
• You are responsible for all content you upload or submit, including obtaining necessary rights and permissions to use such content.
• You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Service Description

Recenvu provides AI-powered gaming analytics and review services. The service is offered on a subscription basis. Certain features or integrations may require granting API access or permissions.

Data Ownership and Processing

You retain ownership of all data and materials you provide. Recenvu does not claim ownership of your data and will only process it to provide the contracted services. We do not use user data for AI model training or analytics without explicit, opt-in consent.

Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be displayed at checkout or within your account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Recenvu does not collect or store full card details. Billing, taxes, and payment disputes are handled by the payment provider.

Intellectual Property

Recenvu and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights to the platform, including the software, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of your own uploaded content and data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recenvu disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, (b) loss of data, revenue, or profits, or (c) analysis inaccuracies, service interruptions, or temporary unavailability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recenvu from any claims, damages, fines, or legal costs arising from your use of the service.

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required by applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard or by emailing support@recenvu.com. Upon termination, user data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the country of residence of the service operator, without regard to conflict of law principles.
