Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after the completion of your transaction.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us at support@recenvu.com before the 14-day period ends. Once your request is received, we will acknowledge receipt without undue delay.

  • This right to cancel applies only to the initial subscription purchase, not to automatic renewals.
  • Your right to cancel does not apply to digital services that you have already started to use or access during the 14-day period.

Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel within the permitted period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Refunds Outside the Cancellation Period

Refunds outside the 14-day cancellation window may be issued only at our discretion and in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Verified technical errors preventing service use

Requests outside this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. This does not affect your consumer rights in relation to products or services that are not as described or faulty.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@recenvu.com with your account email, invoice number, and a brief explanation of your request.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancelling prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund past charges.
